Analysis of Fluid–Structure Coupling Vibration Mechanism for Subsea Tree Pipeline Combined with Fluent and Ansys Workbench

In the process of oil exploitation, subseatrees sometimes vibrate. this paper, fluid–structure coupling software was used to study causes subsea tree vibration. First, complex model simplified, and ageometric grid established for calculation. Then, under given two working conditions, Fluent analyze pressure velocity distribution pipeline’s flow field. It found that field changed greatly at variable diameter right-angles. Using Ansys Workbench software, flow-structure calculations modal analysis were carried out. The results showed vibration long straight pipeline section severe. Finally, paper puts forward measures reduce pipelines provides construction advice safe production trees.
